What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent support to our German-speaking customers: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring all customers receive efficient and friendly assistance.
- Solving customer issues and offering expert advice: Guide customers through troubleshooting, providing clear solutions to challenges they may encounter.
- Collaborating with other teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any complex customer issues.
- Providing valuable feedback: Share insights and customer feedback to help improve our products and services for a better customer experience.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction: Go the extra mile to ensure customers are not only satisfied but impressed with the level of service they receive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) – You’ll be assisting German-speaking customers, so fluency is a must.
- Customer-first attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and finding solutions that exceed expectations.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to connect with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve customer concerns swiftly and creatively while maintaining a positive experience.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required): Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, though we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable with hybrid or remote work: Whether you prefer working from home or splitting time between our office in Lisbon and your home, you’ll be confident and self-motivated in either setting.
- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with customer service platforms and eager to learn new tools.
