Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is a remote role, so you will be working from home within Athens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have B2-level English proficiency. While prior experience in customer support is an advantage, it is not a requirement as we provide training to the right candidates. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s web services to offer accurate guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, and support them with all web service-related inquiries.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our digital platforms (training will be provided).
  • Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance services and products.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French: Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written French.
  • B2 English Proficiency: Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently in a remote setting, staying focused and organized.

  • EU ID
  • Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued later than March 2022)
  • Residence Card

Note: Only candidates who are eligible to work in Greece will be considered. Student visas are not accepted for this position.

Relocation:
No relocation support will be provided. International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.
