Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in social media moderation, content management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content and situations with tact and professionalism.
