French Technical Support Agent – Lisbon (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our international support team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll provide expert assistance to French-speaking users by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through product features and solutions.

Whether you're onsite or working in a hybrid setup, your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer support and help users get the most out of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally

  • Guide customers through product setup, features, and problem-solving steps

  • Log and track support cases in the CRM system accurately

  • Escalate complex technical problems to second-level support when needed

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, troubleshooting processes, and updates

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs

  • Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level) – both spoken and written

  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

  • Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  • Basic technical understanding of software, hardware, or web-based platforms

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

  • Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)

  • Valid EU work permit or authorization to work in Portugal

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
