About the Role:
We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our international support team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll provide expert assistance to French-speaking users by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through product features and solutions.
Whether you're onsite or working in a hybrid setup, your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer support and help users get the most out of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally

Guide customers through product setup, features, and problem-solving steps

Log and track support cases in the CRM system accurately

Escalate complex technical problems to second-level support when needed

Stay up to date with product knowledge, troubleshooting processes, and updates

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs

Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to enhance service delivery
Requirements:

Fluent in French (C2 level) – both spoken and written

Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Basic technical understanding of software, hardware, or web-based platforms

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)

Valid EU work permit or authorization to work in Portugal
