Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently, offering clear and practical solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of seamless service to customers.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by sharing insights and feedback with management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
