Your Role:

• Moderate content (texts, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it meets our community standards and legal requirements.
• Identify and manage harmful content, including hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
• Provide clear and consistent decisions on content moderation actions.
• Collaborate with different teams to handle complex moderation cases and continuously improve processes.
• Stay ahead of new online trends, potential issues, and best practices in content moderation.
• Help refine and evolve our content moderation policies and tools.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet key performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in English (for collaboration and training purposes).
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a bonus.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess content critically.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume tasks.
• Knowledge of online safety and community guidelines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for keeping the online space safe.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with content moderation platforms or tools.
• A good understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
• Experience in compliance, legal, or media industries is a plus.
