We're looking for a native Italian speaker to join our team in Porto, Portugal. Your Role:

  • Moderate and assess content in Italian, ensuring it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, violent material, explicit content, and discriminatory remarks.
  • Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to protect the online community and maintain a safe digital environment.
  • Collaborate with our global team to resolve complex content issues and improve content moderation processes.
  • Stay updated with new trends, best practices, and online safety protocols to improve content moderation.
  • Work toward achieving performance targets while upholding the highest moderation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in English for communication with the global team.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring a positive online experience.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
