Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Support Representative for a hybrid position in Malta. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service, especially in the web services industry. You will assist German-speaking clients by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The position requires fluent German and a B2 proficiency in English. Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide professional and timely customer service to German-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products and services to offer accurate information and troubleshooting support to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders related to web services.
- Technical Assistance: Provide clear, user-friendly technical assistance and guidance to customers on how to use web services effectively. Training will be provided if needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken German.
- B2 English Proficiency: A good level of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer service is advantageous but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach issues with a customer-first mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with both customers and team members.
- Tech-Savvy: A basic understanding of web services and digital tools is beneficial. Full training will be provided.
Relocation Package:
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement: After 6 months of employment, you are eligible for flight ticket reimbursement up to €200. Please note, this reimbursement applies only to the candidate, not to family members.
For example, if the candidate's flight costs €70 but the total cost for the entire family is €190, the reimbursement will only cover the €70. - Accommodation Assistance: The company partners with real estate agencies to offer employees discounts on agency fees when securing accommodation in Malta.
- Family Relocation: Candidates relocating with their partners and/or children are welcome. However, the relocation package is only applicable to the candidate, and any additional costs for family members (including accommodation and flights) must be covered by the candidate.
