Position Overview:

As an Italian Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and troubleshooting assistance. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally. Your contributions will directly impact the client experience and the success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support for Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to a variety of service-related questions.

  • Document and escalate customer issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service offerings and resolve client challenges effectively.

  • Stay up to date with product/service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support customers in both routine inquiries and complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth and effective resolution process.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is an advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse client inquiries professionally.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in a client-facing environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of basic IT systems and troubleshooting (advantageous).
