Your Role:

• Moderate digital content in French, ensuring it aligns with our platform's guidelines and community standards.
• Quickly identify and remove harmful content, including hate speech, violent material, and discriminatory content.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming space by reviewing and responding to user-generated content.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve more complex content moderation challenges.
• Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in online safety and content moderation.
• Meet performance targets while ensuring all decisions meet high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to make quick decisions and apply policies fairly and consistently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problematic content swiftly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
