  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and posts in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across social media channels.
  • Escalate complex issues and handle customer feedback in a constructive and timely manner.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in community interactions, providing valuable insights to improve engagement and content strategies.
  • Perform regular audits of social media content to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, platform changes, and content moderation best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive online community by encouraging respectful and meaningful interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in social media moderation, content moderation, or a related role is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for community engagement and content moderation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with users in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content and moderate discussions in a calm and tactful way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while managing multiple tasks.
