Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat for Italian-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle product-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through technical issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer relevant solutions.
- Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system, ensuring all issues and resolutions are tracked.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software tools.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
