About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and international team in Barcelona! As a key member of our customer care department, you'll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a seamless experience.

Whether onsite or in our hybrid model, you'll play a vital role in representing our brand with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, professionally, and empathetically

  • Provide accurate product/service information and technical support (if applicable)

  • Document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, logistics, sales) to resolve escalations

  • Stay up to date on product updates, procedures, and company policies

  • Maintain customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) – written and spoken

  • Proficiency in English (B2+)

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact centers is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a bonus

  • EU work authorization or valid visa to work in Spain
