What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver top-tier support to our German-speaking customers: Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide solutions to customer challenges: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide them to effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams: Work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure an outstanding experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) – As you’ll be working directly with our German-speaking customers, fluency is essential.
  • Customer-focused mindset: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and finding solutions that make a difference.
  • Strong communication skills: The ability to express yourself clearly and effectively while listening attentively to customers’ needs.
  • Problem-solving ability: A natural talent for resolving issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive experience for customers.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with customer service platforms and eager to learn new tools and systems.
