Job Description:
As a French Support Expert at CBT, you will play a key role in providing world-class service to our French-speaking customers. You’ll act as the go-to expert, delivering top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level customer support in French through various channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, offering solutions that exceed expectations and leave customers fully satisfied.

Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management, ensuring clarity and understanding at all times.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track progress in resolving ongoing issues.

Keep up to date with product developments, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide timely and relevant assistance.

Qualifications:

Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).
