About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, Hungarian-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will proactively connect with potential customers in the Hungarian market to promote products or services, build strong client relationships, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to Hungarian-speaking prospects and leads
Identify customer needs and match them with the right product or service solutions
Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline
Follow up on marketing campaigns and warm leads
Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes using CRM tools
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize processes
What We’re Looking For:
Native-level Hungarian speaker (C2) – spoken and written
Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication
Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Team player who can also thrive independently
EU work permit or valid visa to work in Spain
