Job Overview:
We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This is an onsite position, so you will be working from our office in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have B2-level English proficiency. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting French-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the company’s web services to provide accurate support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Order Management: Help customers place, update, and track orders, and assist with all web service-related inquiries.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our platforms (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to improve the company’s services and products.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken French.
- B2 English Proficiency: A good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Self-Motivation: Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with a team.

Note: Only candidates who are eligible to work in Poland will be considered. Student visas are not accepted for this role.
Relocation:
No relocation support will be provided. Candidates must already be residing in Warsaw or the surrounding area.
