What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken): As you’ll be working directly with French-speaking customers, fluency in French is a must.
  • Customer-oriented mindset: A passion for providing outstanding service and helping customers resolve their issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to express yourself clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone, both in writing and verbally.
  • Problem-solving skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and offering practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience in customer service (preferred but not required): Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Onsite work commitment: Comfortable with working onsite in Porto and engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face setting.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiar with customer service platforms or open to learning new software and tools.
