Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts (24/7, Monday to Sunday)

• Shift 1: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Shift 2: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Shift 3: 10:30 PM - 07:30 AM
  Start Date: 5th March 2025

We are looking for a Content Moderator to join our team, providing high-quality moderation services in German to ensure that content across platforms remains safe, respectful, and aligned with community standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content in German across various online platforms to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
• Assess content for quality, safety, and adherence to community guidelines, responding to violations appropriately.
• Identify and report trends, potential risks, or harmful content.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the quality of content moderation and ensure a safe user experience.
• Provide clear feedback to improve content moderation procedures and policies.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing large volumes of content quickly and accurately.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards while handling sensitive content.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of online content and community guidelines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to 24/7 scheduling.
