Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Representative fluent in Croatian to join our team. This is a fully remote role based in Greece, where you'll be supporting Croatian-speaking clients through various communication channels. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our company by delivering top-tier support and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate, and helpful information via email, phone, and chat.

Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.

Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve client queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Service Coordination: Assist clients with service requests, account updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently and promptly.

Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to accurately communicate features, benefits, and updates to clients.

Documentation & Reporting: Log all client interactions and issues in the CRM system, providing detailed notes and follow-up actions as necessary.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams to help improve our services and enhance client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to client service and support.
Requirements:

Fluent in Croatian: Native or near-native proficiency in the Croatian language (both written and spoken).

English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for internal collaboration and reporting.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a client services, customer support, or account management role is beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to resolve client concerns and find practical solutions in a timely manner.

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication tools, and basic troubleshooting. Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus.
