Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Provide high-quality service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, product guidance, and resolving service-related issues.
- Monitor and follow up on client issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and address service gaps.
- Handle client feedback, escalations, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Meet performance goals, including response times, client satisfaction, and issue resolution efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a customer service, client-facing, or support role is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on finding solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
