Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, resolving their IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, offering solutions to minimize downtime for users.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents, including system failures, software errors, and network connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and manage all service desk tickets, ensuring that all issues are documented and resolved in accordance with company processes.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams and ensure continuous follow-up until resolution.
- Provide guidance and support for clients on IT systems and applications, ensuring users have the tools and knowledge needed to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and offering proactive solutions.
- Stay updated on company products, IT policies, and emerging technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a service desk technician role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management software and ticketing systems is a plus.
