Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, resolving their IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, offering solutions to minimize downtime for users.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents, including system failures, software errors, and network connectivity issues.
  • Log, track, and manage all service desk tickets, ensuring that all issues are documented and resolved in accordance with company processes.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams and ensure continuous follow-up until resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support for clients on IT systems and applications, ensuring users have the tools and knowledge needed to resolve issues independently.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and offering proactive solutions.
  • Stay updated on company products, IT policies, and emerging technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a service desk technician role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management software and ticketing systems is a plus.
