• Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance content effectiveness, user engagement, and overall quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure content meets the needs of the target audience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.
• Manage feedback loops and communicate updates and changes effectively with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
• Proven experience in content quality assurance, content creation, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in content.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to content quality.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
