- Collaborate with the content creation team to resolve any issues and improve the overall quality of deliverables.
- Conduct regular audits of Italian-language content to identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance content effectiveness, user engagement, and overall quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure content meets the needs of the target audience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.
- Manage feedback loops and communicate updates and changes effectively with relevant teams.
- Analyze performance metrics related to content and quality, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience in content quality assurance, content creation, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to content quality.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
- A passion for maintaining high standards in content and ensuring a positive user experience.
