As a Dutch Customer Service Rockstar, you’ll be the voice of CBT, delivering exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers. You’ll tackle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a friendly, professional touch. Every day will bring new challenges, but with your can-do attitude and problem-solving skills, you’ll help our customers feel valued, heard, and supported. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer queries with speed, precision, and a personalized touch.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling each interaction with care and professionalism.
- Use your expertise to guide customers through complex issues and deliver simple, actionable solutions.
- Work closely with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must!
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to keep it clear, friendly, and professional.
- A passion for helping others, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to improve the customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide the training!
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
