What You’ll Do:

• Moderate content (including text, images, and videos) in French, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Detect and remove harmful or inappropriate content, such as hate speech, discriminatory language, explicit material, and violent content.
• Ensure quick, consistent, and fair moderation decisions to protect users and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the global team to tackle complex moderation challenges and improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated on new trends, emerging threats, and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
• Meet performance goals while ensuring high standards of content quality and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make swift, accurate decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
