What You’ll Be Doing:

• Moderate content (text, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it aligns with our community standards and complies with legal guidelines.
• Protect the online experience by identifying and addressing toxic content, including hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
• Ensure clear and consistent moderation decisions to maintain a positive digital environment.
• Collaborate with our global team to tackle complex content issues and contribute to improving our policies and tools.
• Stay ahead of new digital trends and challenges in content moderation to continuously improve our processes.
• Strive for efficiency and accuracy while meeting set KPIs and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a must.
• Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
• Previous content moderation or customer support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to think critically.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills—you thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup.
• Knowledge of online safety practices, community guidelines, and internet security.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• A proactive problem solver with a passion for maintaining a positive online environment.
