What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting and executing marketing strategies: Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and converting Danish-speaking audiences.
- Overseeing digital campaigns: Manage campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and more, optimizing them for better performance.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to drive results and achieve marketing objectives.
- Segmenting and targeting the audience: Develop strategies to effectively target and engage Danish-speaking audiences by segmenting them based on relevant characteristics.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and sales, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Staying ahead of industry trends: Continuously learn about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are always innovative and effective.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken): You must be proficient in Danish to manage and execute campaigns for the Danish market.
- Proven digital marketing experience: You should have experience managing digital campaigns, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Analytical mindset: A data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance, identifying insights, and optimizing strategies.
- Creative and strategic thinker: The ability to develop fresh, creative ideas that resonate with the target audience and improve campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Self-motivated and organized: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: We offer flexibility to work either remotely or from our office in Barcelona, depending on your preference.
