Key Responsibilities:
- Review, monitor, and assess French-language content to ensure its quality, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
- Ensure that content complies with the company’s policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Identify and flag content inconsistencies, errors, or violations, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Work closely with content teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and integrity.
- Conduct thorough audits of existing French-language content to ensure it meets the required standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and compliance, to resolve content-related issues.
- Analyze content performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development of content guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure consistent content quality across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in content integrity and quality assurance.
- Provide regular reports on content integrity and quality issues, and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience in content moderation, content quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or quality issues in content.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of content guidelines, ethical standards, and legal compliance related to content is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
