Your Role:

• Moderate and evaluate content (text, images, and videos) in Spanish, ensuring it follows our community standards and legal guidelines.
• Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, abusive language, explicit material, and spam to maintain a positive experience for all users.
• Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to ensure all content complies with platform policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex content issues and enhance the overall moderation process.
• Stay informed about new trends in online content and emerging challenges in digital safety.
• Work towards meeting performance goals and quality targets while maintaining a high standard of moderation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with international teams.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, consistent decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of online safety, community guidelines, and digital security.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
