Your Role:

• Moderate content (text, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal standards.
• Identify and remove harmful content, including hate speech, violent material, explicit content, and spam.
• Work swiftly and fairly to ensure high-quality moderation decisions that foster a positive online experience for users.
• Collaborate with a dynamic global team to address complex moderation issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends, best practices, and challenges in content moderation and online safety.
• Meet performance targets while ensuring that each decision is fair and consistent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in English for communication with international teams.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
