Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00, Friday 9:00–15:00
Availability: Alignment with US time zone is valued, especially during onboarding
About the Role
We are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join our sales team in Madrid and manage the full sales cycle for the Polish market. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on outbound prospecting, client engagement, trial management, and closing subscriptions before account handover to Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
- Conduct client meetings and free trial management
- Work with auto-assigned leads from the system
- Close deals and hand over accounts to Customer Experience
- Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Track and achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
Requirements
- Native-level or bilingual Polish
- Native-level or bilingual English
- Residence in Spain is mandatory
- Strong cold-calling ability
- KPI- and metrics-oriented mindset
- Availability aligned with US business hours is a plus
- 1–6 years of solid commercial experience preferred
- BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting background
Compensation
- Base salary: 30,000 EUR gross/year
- Variable: Uncapped commissions
Commission Structure
- Monthly commission target: 600 EUR
- Monthly performance multiplier:
- <80% of target: x1
- 80%: x1.3
- 100%: x2
- 150%: x3
- During ramp-up, multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached
- Quarterly review dates: 31 Mar / 30 Jun / 30 Sep / 31 Dec
- If the quarterly average achievement exceeds 150%, the full quarter commissions receive a 3x multiplier
Salary Growth
- AE2: 35,000 EUR base
- AE3: 40,000 EUR base
Example
- At 100% achievement: 600 × 2 = 1,200 EUR
- At 150% achievement: 600 × 3 = 1,800 EUR
Training & Onboarding
- Training required: Yes
- Training at home: No
- Training duration: Approx. 4 weeks / first month
- First 4 weeks are fully on-site in Madrid
- After onboarding, on-site presence is expected about once a month
- Travel and associated expenses are covered by Doofinder
