About the Role

Join a dynamic and meaningful project in the healthcare field, providing specialized customer support for Diabetes Medical Devices. Youll assist customers in Italian and English, ensuring patient satisfaction and accurate product guidance through empathy, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday 24/7 operation (Rotative shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days
  • Night Shift (22:00 07:00): The night team is small, therefore agents may occasionally cover this schedule during the month. Candidates must be aware of and comfortable with a 24/7 rotating shift system.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1,000gross×14months

  • Performance Bonus: 300gross×11months

  • Welcome Bonus (Italian Market): 2,000gross

    Starting from hires made on or after 1stSeptember2025, the Welcome Bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

    Each instalment will only be paid if the employee maintains less than6% unjustified absenteeism in the prior month.

    Please note: this bonus should not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary package.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to individuals using Diabetes Medical Devices.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshooting guidance in both Italian and English.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while complying with medical and data privacy standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Languages: Italian (C1) + English (C1) both mandatory
  • Customer Service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or technical industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for rotative shifts including occasional nights.
