Relocate to Portugal for Italian Technical Sales Specialist

Location: Remote from Portugal only (you must live in Portugal to work remotely)

Your Mission

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will represent the brand, assist customers through multiple channels, solve post-sales issues, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, and log cases accurately in CRM tools
• Customer Satisfaction: Keep users informed on order status and resolutions
• Post-Sales Support: Support delivery, refund, and warranty queries professionally
• Inbound Sales: Help customers choose the right products/services and increase revenue
• Target Achievement: Meet/exceed quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service quality
• CRM & Order Management: Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance standards

Requirements

• Native Italian
• English B2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales background is a strong plus
• Availability for rotational shifts: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00

Schedule

• Rotational shifts (Mon–Sat, 08:00–19:00)
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,024 gross/month x 14 salaries/year
• Performance bonus: up to €225 gross/month
• Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day (meal card)
• Health insurance: from day one (free after 6 months)
• Contract: initial 6 months, strong potential for renewal

Relocation Support (Moving to Portugal)

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

• Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details discussed during the interview)
• No flight ticket provided
