Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your work directly supports patients and healthcare professionals using lifechanging medical technology.
Work Schedule
Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
Day shift coverage between 07:00 and 22:00
Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00): The night shift team is small, so each agent may only need to cover this schedule occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be aware of and fully comfortable with a 24/7 rotational work environment.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service in Italian (C2), with internal communication in English (C1)
Handle inquiries and incident cases via phone, email, and chat
Support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and precision
Guide users through product usage and troubleshooting
Resolve devicerelated concerns while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence
Compensation & Benefits
1,000 gross/month (14 salaries)
300 gross/month performance bonus (11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
Accommodation: Private room in a company-arranged shared apartment for 280/month, all bills included (up to 12 months)
Relocation & Flight Policy
Airfare reimbursement available after 6 months (up to 400, Economy class)
Important update:
For all hires effective from 1 December onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided. Accommodation will continue to be offered to relocating candidates, but no relocation costs will be refunded.
Who Were Looking For
Italian fluency (C2) mandatory
Advanced English (C1)
Empathy, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability
Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shifts, including occasional night shifts
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus (training provided)
