Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative in Customer Care, you will be the voice and face of the brand across multiple channels. You will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, email support, and back-office tasks, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.
Your mission is simple but impactful:
Understand customer needs
Provide fast and effective solutions
Strengthen long-term customer loyalty
You will work closely with a multicultural team, delivering support in Italian and English.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate support regarding orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and products
Assist customers with fashion-related product information and guidance
Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, step-by-step solutions
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed
Ensure every customer interaction reflects high service standards and brand values
Use internal tools and knowledge bases to provide updated support information
What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Customer-first mindset with genuine motivation to help people
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Working Conditions
40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break)
Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Working hours between 07:00 and 21:00 (may extend to 22:00 during peak seasons)
