What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email to Italian-speaking viewers

  • Provide technical support and guidance on software functionality, system configuration, and network settings

  • Assist with account access, subscriptions, application use, and content-related queries

  • Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using internal tools

  • Represent the brand with enthusiasm, clarity, and care

What We Offer

  • Monthly base salary: €1,000 (x14 months/year)

  • Performance bonus: up to €100/month (paid over 12 months)

Working Hours

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM (rotational shifts)

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Italian speaker (C2/native) and strong English (minimum B2)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Problem-solver with a customer-first attitude

  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Portugal

  • Good internet connection and quiet workspace at home
