Salary: 1,200 gross/month (14 salaries)

About the Role

We are looking for a Croatian + English speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Athens. In this role, you will support customers via phone and email, manage inquiries and complaints, and ensure highquality service delivery within established procedures and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Log customer cases and feedback accurately

Handle complaints following escalation protocols

Resolve issues within defined SLAs

Troubleshoot using internal systems and resources

Provide suggestions to improve customer experience

Requirements

Fluent/native Croatian

Strong English communication skills

Strong customeroriented mindset

Problemsolving attitude and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Availability for rotating shifts (09:0019:00)

Willingness to work onsite in Athens (mandatory)

14 salaries/year (12 monthly + Easter + split Summer/Christmas bonus)
