Work Schedule
Initial Schedule (12-hour window):
- Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
- Two shifts:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
Future Schedule (TBC by client):
- 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotational days off
Role Overview
As a Marketing Customer Support Advisor, you will support advertisers by managing and resolving product-related issues while delivering high-quality customer support. The role involves troubleshooting advertising products and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to advertisers via digital channels (e.g. email/chat).
- Handle end-to-end troubleshooting of advertising and campaign-related issues.
- Support paid campaign-related inquiries and platform usage questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related cases.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Compensation
- Base Salary: €880 x 14 months
- Performance Bonus: N/A
- Complexity/Allowance Bonus: €80 x 11 months
