We're hiring a Tech Customer Service Representative fluent in
Italian and English to support customers, solve technical issues,
and deliver a great experience every day.
What You'll Do
Support customers with technical issues and offer clear solutions
Communicate professionally via phone, chat, or email
Turn customer frustration into satisfaction
Keep track of cases and follow up until everything is resolved
Who You Are
A natural problem-solver
Empathetic, patient, and professional
Able to stay calm in busy situations
Comfortable with digital tools and tech topics
Fluent in Italian + English
(Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not
required.)
Schedule
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
2 days off per week: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: €1024 × 14 months
Welcome bonus: €225 × 12 months (first-year installments)
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
