Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls in Italian
Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, and services
Provide empathetic, efficient customer service
Identify opportunities to promote relevant products
Ensure a professional, positive customer experience
Requirements
Fluent Italian
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, proactive, salesminded
Comfortable in fastpaced environments
Training
15 working days, 8h/day (start 08:3009:30)
Includes systems, products/services, phone support, and practice
Paid only if completed; no contract during training
Working Hours
40h/week, rotating shifts MonSun (06:0022:00)
1h lunch break
Portuguese public holidays (comp day if worked)

Compensation Examples
With apartment: approx. 1,251.83/month
