Customer Service Representative Italian Speaker | Lisbon (On-Site)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 20 November 2025

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday Rotative Shifts: 08:00 to 17:00 / 09:00 to 18:00
  • Two rotative days off per week
  • Later phase (TBC by client): 24/7 coverage with rotative shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking markets on behalf of the client.
  • Support sellers and partners, ensuring their success across sales and account management interactions.
  • Handle inquiries through various channels (inbound/outbound) professionally and empathetically.
  • Identify and influence opportunities for increased seller performance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with internal policies and business guidelines.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or support within telesales, account management, or customer success roles linked to business development.
  • Sales Awareness: Proven ability to understand sales dynamics and influence seller success (mandatory).
  • Language Skills: Native/Fluent Italian + Good English level.
  • Preferred: Candidates who have never worked at ByteDance before (any location, project, or BPO).

Compensation & Allowances

  • Base salary: 1000 per month (paid 14 times per year)
  • Performance allowance: 100 per month (paid 11 times per year)
  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
  • Transport allowance: 20 per month
  • Position bonus (Braga only): 20 per month (12×)
  • Welcome bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month)
    • Condition: Employee must maintain less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month.
    • This bonus is not part of the fixed salary package; eligibility depends on attendance.

Relocation & Benefits

For candidates moving from outside Portugal (Lisbon only):

  • Airfare reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) at end of 6th month.
  • Accommodation: Shared apartment (max. 12 months), rent 280/month including all utilities (deducted from payslip).

Health Insurance:

  • Available from day 1, with a small monthly contribution.
  • Free after completing six months of contract.

Remote work: Possible only for candidates already residing in mainland Portugal (not islands).
