Job Title: Content Moderator – Greek + English

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Work Model: On‑Site

Schedule:

24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

3 rotational shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Days off: 2 rotational days per week.

Salary & Compensation:

• Base Salary: 920€ x 14 months
• Language Bonus: 45€ x 11 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
• Welcome Bonus: 1000€ (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)

• Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months of contract)

Relocation Support:

• Candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview)
• No flight ticket provided
• Relocation within Portugal available only for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordic languages, Dutch)

Role Requirements:

• Fluency in Greek and good level of English
• Strong moderation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make rational and objective decisions
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce environments
• Ability to manage high queue volumes during promotional periods
• Strong customer service mindset and empathy
• Local market knowledge is an advantage
