Your Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a world‑renowned consumer brand. You will:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide high-quality, empathetic, and efficient support
Resolve issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to find fast and effective solutions
Become a product expert through a fully paid 10‑day training program
What You Bring
Native or fluent Italian (C2 level)
English (B2 level) for training and internal communication
Strong communication and active listening skills
Customer‑focused mindset and team spirit
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Base Salary: €1,045 gross/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
