Join a dynamic and multicultural team in Malta as a German-speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent. Youll handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing excellent service for one of Europes leading airline companies.
Requirements:
Native or C2 level German and fluent English (C1)
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Eligible to work in Malta
Client does not accept ex-employees
Salary & Progression:
Month 1: 5.60/hour
Month 2 to Month 6 (probation): 8.10/hour
After 6 months: 8.50/hour (can increase to 8.75 based on performance)
German Language Bonus: 3,000 per annum
KPI Bonus: Up to 2,000 per annum (after probation)
Relocation Support:
2,000 relocation allowance, payable after 1 month of employment
Candidates residing in Malta must attend interviews in person
