Content Moderator (Romanian Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a Romanian‑speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe online environment by reviewing and moderating user‑generated content.

Important: This role involves exposure to sensitive, disturbing, or graphic content. Candidates must have strong emotional resilience, maturity, and the ability to remain objective under pressure.

Work Schedule

• Current Schedule:Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00Two rotating days off per week
• Planned Update:Introduction of an evening shift – 13:00 to 22:00
• Future Possibility:Extension to a 24/7 shift structure

Compensation

• Base salary: 1000€ (14‑month payment schedule)
• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day

  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian (native or near‑native level)
• Good level of English
• Strong emotional balance and the ability to handle sensitive content
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Eligible to work on‑site in Porto
