Customer Service Representative Italian & English Speaker (Lisbon)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, supporting the Italian market. As part of this role, you will deliver exceptional support and service excellence to our customers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience in every interaction.
Work Schedule: You will work Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 17:00 on a rotational shift basis, with Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Workplace Policy:
Please note that candidates relocating from abroad are required to work on-site. Only candidates already residing in Portugal may work remotely.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary: 1,000 gross per month x 14 months
- Performance bonus: up to 100 gross per month x 12 months
- Meal allowance: average 7.23 per day (card)
- Transport allowance: 20 per month
- Welcome Bonus: 2,000 (for hires starting from 1st September 2025 onwards, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)
Please note that payment of each monthly instalment is conditional upon maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the prior month. Even though this adds a monthly supplement during the first year, it should not be considered part of the fixed salary since it depends on attendance conditions.

Relocation Support (Lisbon only):
- Airfare reimbursement: up to 400 (Economy class) after completion of 6 months of employment
- Shared accommodation: available for up to 12 months for relocations from outside Portugal (280/month, utilities included, directly deducted from the payslip)
