Schedule: Fully flexible, Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00

Salary: €37,333 per annum

Important: Previous Content Moderator experience is mandatory for this role.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking German‑speaking Quality Expert Reviewers to join a growing operations team in Dublin City Centre.

This role focuses on quality review and assurance of client workflows within Global Operations and Risk environments.

The position is fully on‑site and requires a strong understanding of online safety, policy interpretation, and quality standards.

Training

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Location: On‑site in Dublin
  • Paid training provided

Please note: No time‑off or holiday requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks, to allow for full training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the quality review of multiple client workflows, including but not limited to:

1. Content Moderation Quality Review

Content may include the following areas (as defined by client policies):

  • Organizing or credibly threatening violence
  • Promotion of self‑harm
  • Theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
  • Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
  • Hate speech and bullying
  • Phishing, spam, and malware
  • Child exploitation
  • Nudity and pornography
  • Sexual solicitation
  • Other content types as mutually agreed

2. ID Review & Authenticity / Access Flows

  • Reviewing identity‑related workflows
  • Ensuring authenticity and access compliance

3. Escalations

  • Handling sensitive and high‑risk cases
  • Supporting Special Operations / Global Risk Operations (GRO)

Special Focus Areas

  • HERO: Viral and meme‑based content
  • DOI: Dangerous Organizations
  • High cultural and regional awareness of political and social contexts relevant to the supported market
  • Applying nuanced policy decisions in line with abuse standards and training materials

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Previous Content Moderation experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of policy‑driven environments
  • Ability to work with sensitive and potentially disturbing content
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
