Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to German speaking customers.

Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.

Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions.

Accurately document and manage customer interactions.

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.
