Marketing Customer Service Representative

Work Schedule

Initial Schedule (12‑hour coverage):

  • Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
  • 2 shifts:
    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 10:00 – 19:00

Later (Date TBC by Client):

  • 24/7 Rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday)
  • 2 rotative days off

Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Customer Service Representative, you will support Spanish‑speaking clients with marketing‑related inquiries, focusing on paid campaigns and performance analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Experience in paid campaign management
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics
  • Fluent Spanish and good command of English
  • Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon

No accommodation support – candidates must already be located in Lisbon.

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary: 920€ per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Additional Payment: 40€ per month (paid over 11 months)
  • Bonus: N/A
