Your Mission
As a Technical Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you will turn every customer interaction into a 5-star experience. Your daily activities will include:
- Engaging with Customers: Handling inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, and registering cases in CRM systems.
- Customer Care: Keeping users updated on their order status, resolutions, deliveries, refunds, and warranties.
- Inbound Sales Support: Guide customers through their purchasing journey by matching their needs with great products and services.
- Problem Solving: Using your technical knowledge to troubleshoot product issues and turn frustrated users into loyal brand advocates.
About You
We are looking for proactive, empathetic people who love technology and connecting with others.
- Language Skills: Native or near-native Italian speaker with a solid upper-intermediate (B2) level of English.
- Problem Solver: Quick on your feet, highly analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Great Communicator: Empathic, patient, and excellent at de-escalating tense situations with professional care.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software, CRM databases, and technical tools.
- Experience: Experience in Customer Service is preferred; a background in Sales is a big plus (but not mandatory—we train you!).
- Flexibility: Available to work rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) between 08:00 and 19:00 (with Sunday + 1 rotating day off per week).
What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
- Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month (paid 14 times a year, totaling €14,336 base per year)
- Performance Bonus12 months Bonus: Up to €225 gross per month (paid 12 times a year, totaling up to €2,700 per year)
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (paid on a tax-free meal card, worth approx. €150+ net/month)
- Transportation Allowance: €20 per month
- Total Package: Up to €19,184.72 gross per annum (including meal allowance & full performance bonuses).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts (08:00 - 19:00, Monday to Saturday).
- Days Off: 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational weekday).
